Do you want to make an exchange or return?
At Meexe.shop, you can request an exchange or return your order within 15 days of receiving the product. It is essential that the products are returned in their original condition, unused, with their packaging intact, and all accessories or components included.
In both cases, for exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the goods to our warehouses, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defect in the product.
Excluded products:
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Clearance or special discount products may have restricted return policies, which will be indicated in the terms of the respective promotion.

Processing time for exchanges:
Once we receive the product in our warehouses, we will proceed with the exchange as soon as possible. The shipping time for the new product is approximately 5 business days from the time the order is received and processed.
Returns of defective or damaged products:
If you receive a defective or damaged order, it is important that you check the condition of the product before signing the delivery note. If you find any damage to the packaging or the product, you must note it on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
If no damage is reported within this period, we cannot take responsibility for damaged or defective products.
If the product is defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer and organize the collection of the defective product.
Returns of incomplete products:
If you notice that any items or parts of your order are missing upon delivery, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send the missing products at no additional cost to the customer.
Promotions and discount codes:
Discounts and promotional codes are not cumulative. This means that only one discount or promotional code can be applied per transaction. Discounts offered by third parties, such as collaborators or influencers, cannot be combined with discounts already applied to products.
